Heap.js bugs causing unwanted redirects.

Resolved

Between the time of 5:25 PM to 5:40 PM PDT today, a new version of our heap.js script caused clicks on elements with empty href attributes to redirect to the root-level.

The issue is resolved now.

We immediately reverted heap.js to an older version, and are currently in the process of fixing the issue in the new version of heap.js, updating our test suite to account for this case, and rolling out to a smaller portion of sites before deploying more broadly.
